I talk about Mapel a lot. They’re locally- and woman-owned, have great customer service, and are my number one place to shop for the corporate brands (because small boutiques beat out conglomerates like Nordstrom any day). They floored me yet again with their 2010 New Years resolution:
This year Mapel resolves to do two things:
Mapel resolves to enhance our assortment of
earth friendly, eco conscious collections &
enhance our assortment of local independent
designers.
They’re starting things off with their first Happy Hour of the year, featuring designs by Spun:
| Today’s Happy Hour: Spun Boat Neck Top 100% Certified Organic Cotton $20 off = $34 (normally $54) |
This Weekend’s Happy Hour: Spun Diane Wrap Dress 100% Certified Organic Cotton $20 off = $64 (normally $94) |
Monday’s Happy Hour: Spun Gathered Top 100% Certified Organic Cotton $20 off = $32 (normally $52) |
Bravo, Mapel, and thank you for giving us even more outlets to shop sustainably. I can’t wait to see some of the new designers you feature in 2010!
