The more I look at the Spring 2012 collections, the more certain I am that this year is going to be all about bright energy, and loud, happy colors met with a balance of cool pastels and faded neons.
I came across this set of polishes from Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics on Beauty.com and instantly added it to my wish list. Two great basics – the light pink and the deep red – with a gorgeous powder blue and a neon pink. From left to right, the names are: Femme, Pool Boy, NSFW and Pageant.
