I stumbled upon this quote by Karen Blixen (pen name Isak Dinesen) on a card by Etsy designer Christen Strang, and it immediately lifted a mountain of stress from my shoulders. It’s funny how something as simple as a few words on paper can do that.
I’ll be by the ocean in just over two weeks, and I can handle whatever comes my way until then – but maybe I should think about bringing little bits of the ocean to me, too: pick up this card and put it in a little frame, bring back a tiny bottle of sand…
